Who is this program for?

What is the High Performance Program?

Better Being's High Performance Program is designed for organisations aiming to take their performance to the next level. Through specialised coaching and workshops, this program equips your team with the tools to optimise their mental and physical wellbeing, resulting in enhanced productivity and performance.

How does the program work?

The High Performance Program is broken up into 4 key elements – online workshops, 1:1 health consults, group exercise sessions and online learning. Individuals meet fortnightly with their assigned university qualified Health Scientist, to discuss their wellbeing and develop an individualised health plan. There is also an optional weekly group exercise session with a coach. Online workshops are held in Week 1, Week 6 and Week 12, that empower individuals with the tools to improve their wellbeing.
